What are check-in and check-out timings?

Case specific (Call and we can customize as per availability)

Evening functions: 5pm to 11 pm (Snacks and Dinner)- Minimum 20 Pax @ 800 per person for Veg.

Note::- Gift packages as per occasion requirement can be arranged at extra cost

What is the accommodation like?

2AC Double Bed room, One AC big Hall, Fully furnished kitchen, two toilet cum bathroom, Big lawn, Machan, ample parking, Lawn Swing,

Sleeping arrangement available for how many people? How many extra mattresses can be accommodated? 

Existing setup can provide sleeping arrangements for 8 people. With additional mattresses -14people.

Is pool there and what isthe size?

Yes

Do you organize Coal/wood Fire?

Yes!  Rs.2500 for 3 hours

Do you provide music system? If yes, which music system is provided?

Yes! 240 Watt System with battery storage

How long can we play music inside and outside?

Loud music can be played till 10 pm. Thereafter soft music can be played all night.

Is TV available, if yes what is the size?

Yes, 42 Inches

How many people party do you allow?

Max. 150-200 pax

Can we have a DJ? If yes!Till what time can he play?

DJ allowed till 10 PM. Cost extra of Rs. 8000

If we get a professional DJ with equipment would a generator be required?

Provided by us

How many chairs are provided for outdoor sitting?

18 chairs are there. 2 tables are there

Do we get caretaker help.  If yes how many and till what time?

1 care takers available till 12pm

If additional caretaker is required what will be the cost?

If more are required Rs.700 per person will be charged.

Is there a Kitchen with GAS and Oven? Can we use it to cook food?

GAS ( on demand), Utensils will be provided. 

For warming food, no charge. Not for food cooking.

Crockery?

Yes.

Do online food delivery companies deliver food? If yes which all.

Yes. Swiggy  & Zomato

Is there a catering service available?

Yes.

What about liquor?

You can get your own in permissible limits. 

Do you provide decoration service? If no can we hire one?

Yes we provide decoration services and the cost depends on the extent and type of decorations

Is the place safe for girls to stay overnight? 

YES

Is there a deposit to be paid before we check-in?

Yes! 50% of total agreed amount
