Package means an instrument, in either physical or electronic form, which entitles the holder of such Package (the ‘Package Holder’) to receive the Offering from Nspfarms.com, to be used on or before the use by date stated on the Package (the ‘Package Expiry Date’).
The reproduction of the Package is prohibited.
The commercial trade of the Package is prohibited.
No pets allowed
Only Stay available.
If anything gets damaged by guest during respective stay, guest will be charged. Also please do special care of electrical & other available items.
Please avoid any kind of gas stove usage or any kind of fire in lawn area.
Please do care of all kind of trees and don’t make any harm to them.
Avoid spitting, use dustbins and keep it clean when you leave the premises.
Please do not use any kind of soap, shampoo or similar items in swimming pool area.
The customer will have to pay the extra expenses incurred, if any.
Security of Personal Information
You promise not to provide false data including false names, addresses and/or contact or payment details; or engage in any unlawful activity in connection with the purchase or use of a Package, or allow/encourage anyone else to do so.
We use strict security measures to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your Personal Information and to protect your Personal Information against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction. For this purpose, we have adopted internal reviews of the data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including offering the use of a secure server to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store your personal data.
